The young men that I had my experience with were Ralee Odell the Store Manager and the Marc Anderson as the Sales and Service Specialist. These young men are a God sent and when I say this, I mean they have a heart that is RED. I am so honored to have chosen this location to have my vehicle serviced and to have met these two young men. The moment when I first came to this location may have been just over a year ago, I met Ralee for the first time. He was so pleasant and nice, it was almost unbelievable. Now today I met Marc Anderson and I must say I experienced the same mannerism. “This place offers free tire pressure checks, and in this cold weather, you might need that. I called ahead of time to see what the process was and was told you just have to wait in line with your car. They said the wait was like 30 minutes and that the line currently stretched around the building. I got there 12:36 and it took approximately 1.5 hours to get in. Once in the guy that was doing it was fast efficient and got me on my way with I would say 10 minutes. Would highly recommend this place. However, if it's extremely cold and bad weather, you will probably have a long wait like I did.”

“I love this Costco! We moved to Lee's Summit on Easter and hoped we'd have a nice Costco nearby, as we had a brand new one in Henderson NV where we moved from. I thought that one would be hard to beat. This location is even better! I have been able to upgrade my T-Mobile phone and service here. No activation or line fee for Costco customers. You have to pay that in their stores or even online, so that will save you $35 or $70 depending on your plan. I also love the HUGE selection of meat here!! We are certainly in BBQ country!! The packer brisket and pork butts alone make it worth the trip. Also, after being Costco customers for years, we finally tried the rotisserie chicken. OMG! Outside of my own smoked chicken and Stroud's it's the best I've ever had!! Moist, tender and delicious. HUGE birds for $5! No hormones or antibiotics either. I'm so impressed. Great sales, Chiefs items and apparel, great prices on food and household goods plus services. What's not to love? Oh, every staff member I've spoken to here has been just excellent. Costco takes care of their people first and you can tell they are happy. I am a Costco customer for life. I may try other locations in the metro area, but Independence is amazing!”

“I had to search the entire town for T Shirt bags for my work. It seems like Sam's club are the only store that carries them. So that was an A plus for me. You have to have a member ship to shop there. I was a little bummed over that. But when I met Monique at the membership. She explained to me all the Benefit on getting an upgrade. "You want to get cash back when you shop?" " You want to get 5 % back on gas?" "You can use the card anywhere?" That right there I saw the bigger picture that will benefit me. “Independence Firestone is great! Blue Springs, not so much. At Blue Springs I specifically asked for passenger side tie rod be replaced. They did drivers side. Then said they'd do correct one for 10% discount. In their computer it even showed "customer states passenger side....."I then took it to Independence location & they squeezed me in on a busy Saturday due to my family vacation the next day. Love that crew.”
