I went into the store with a bad attitude and left 100% better about everything. Customer service was the best in the Kansas city area. Had a bad experience at another shop and Zumiez employees are The best!! Your loyal customer!

Place was neat and organized from the get go. The dude covered in tattoos made great conversation and totally down to earth. Helped my brother and me with grip tape had us laughing the whole while. This was my third or fourth time into this location but definitely won’t be my last. Great experience

the manager was so nice and helpful, the other employee was to, their clothing is stylish and there boards are amazing. my kid love her skateboard and is riding it right now. would recommend going for just about anything.
