My microwave quit so I purchased a new one, there were no microwaves available in store and was told they could only deliver to my house a full WEEK later. I received texts and emails and 2 phone calls none of those said I had to be present for a drop off NO Installation including the phone call 30 minutes before delivery, but 30 minutes after the delivery they called to say they couldn't deliver and would be back next week, with a 12 hour delivery window!

I bought a dryer got it home it was damaged called the store to see what to do appliances wouldn't answer the phone then I got sent to a manager who hung up on me then when I called back I was talked down to like I damaged the dryer that i bought

First review I've done before. That's how pissed I am at these people. Took a Day off of work to have a dishwasher delivered and installed on a day that Lowes picked only for the installation company, not even lowes, to contact me and let me know that it isn't even at the store. All the store can say is we will call you in a couple days with a new installation day were sorry. Shitty business practices.

I like Lowe's alot and do a fair amount of business there regularly as a contractor. Also, the employees are friendly and helpful. Because I have done a lot of business there I am generally pretty knowledgeable about the layout of the store so it does not take me long to get in and out unless I'm picking up a large order

Tried buying a washer and the guy was cocky I was going to do payments yah know looked at me like I had no money so I bought it flat out he was kinda rude did I want to buy it flat out not really but that upset me so I did who knows Lowes could've made interest 😂

This Jefferson City Mo Lowes has restored my faith in the Lowes brand, it was clean, arranged nicely, the employees helpful and friendly, I needed a dishwasher and they had 10 of the brand I wanted and promptly retrieved it and met me out front to load it. I drove 30 miles from the Lowes Columbia store which was none of that and a poor representation of the Lowes brand, so 5 stars for the Jefferson City Lowes store these guys and gals rock!

Love the garden center and come every week to add to my collection. Unfortunately the last few times I have came there has been a young man by the name of "Payton" that has been very hateful to customers, the first few times I took it as just a bad day for him, but it has been everytime. He argues with customers, states they are lying, tells them he doesn't have to honor the clearance price if he doesn't want to and they look stunned and just accept it. Today there was a gentlemen with a small curly mullet that deserves a shout out, he was very kind to several folks and I think "Payton" could benefit from watering plants and not working the check out. Just a suggestion.
