So grateful for this bank. I have banked at another bank for 20+ years and was declined for a refinance. Funny how that works! Mike Brown at Arvest Bank was extremely helpful and was more than willing to refinance my loan with kindness and in one day!! A new low. I was just informed that my customers will be charged $5 every time they cash our checks EVEN THOUGH I have an account with them. Nickel and dime!
