“I used to love going to Zora location. They have some new tellers that are a little rude to say the least. The girl didn't even want to cash a payroll check she said they had to hold it for two weeks. No sorry you get a deposit from my payroll every other week. Come on things better change or I'm leave along with the other three accounts I have.?”

“I've bank with SMB for 7 year now. Great bank. They help solve any issues with account fast and friendly. They are very protected against fraud on any thing that might seem like fraud. A few years ago I fail victim of a check scam They contacted me asap, let me know it was for sure a scam. They fixed the issue in under 25 minutes an my account wasn't effective, do to the fast response of the bank. I'd go with them on any bank needs I might have.”

“I switched to Arvest Bank a few years ago, mostly for convenience, as there are several locations in Joplin. Best bank I have ever been with!!! The service I have received at each location has always been top notch since day 1. The Rangeline branch especially! The Branch Manager, Meagan, is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping her customers and team, as if they are her family. She has a solution for everything and provided me with information about services Arvest offers that I didn’t know existed! Very useful! Make the switch! You will be glad you did!

“Guaranty Bank has been wonderful working with. Have been waiting since 9/8 for our bank to send dispute paperwork to Guaranty as their ATM kept some of our cash that we were depositing. We bank at a different bank. Our bank ended up closing our claim as they couldn't or wouldn't help us. It took guaranty bank 6 hrs and they had us a check printed giving us our money back.”
“I'll start using this bank from now on. The wait time in the drive-thru is better and faster and the bank manager is alot nicer than the one on 32nd street. The 32nd street manager comes off as a creeper and ignores customers.”
