They take the absolute best care, the most time, and show the most patience, kindness, warmth, and love with every pet. They are professional, skilled, and trained, making pet owners feel completely comfortable leaving their dogs. The facility itself is nice, cool, and clean, without an unpleasant kennel smell. They handle every dog with care, from first-time groomings and puppies to older pets and dogs with severe matting, achieving beautiful results. The staff is so great at putting dogs at ease, helping them warm up quickly and make new friends. They listen carefully to owner requests and do everything exactly as asked. Even when unable to book an immediate appointment, they are helpful and go above and beyond to provide references. Customers are very happy, highly recommend the place, and become very, very happy customers forever. Dogs leave looking so good, so handsome, and like beauty queens, often wearing cute new bandanas. The overall experience is fantastic, with many stating they will definitely return.

We sent in our golden retriever-ish mutty girl after she got sprayed by a skunk. She came home looking fantastic, smelling great, and I can tell she felt safe and loved on. She pranced around in her little scarf feeling fabulous the rest of the day!
