Bow Wow is the absolute best dog grooming provider in Joplin, well, make that the entire 4-state area. Veronica in particular is without question the best groomer I have EVER been fortunate enough to find... Period! She takes the absolute best care, the most time with, the most patience with & kindness with your pet. Along with professional skill and training for your pet. She is a Licensed Veterinarian and only waiting to get her license here in the United States. She just loves animals. You will be so happy you chose Bow Wow for your pets grooming needs. We just moved back to Joplin and needed to find a new groomer in the area. Some friends recommended Bow Wow Bath & Brush. Obi looks SO GOOD and so handsome. We definitely recommend this place to get your pets groomed. :)

They should get 20 stars...they are the Stars!Nice,Kool, Clean, doesn't smell like a kennel that hasn't been cleaned in a month (like Top Dog in Diamond).My little babies was so dirty and gross when I took them in I was embarrassed. I have severe back and neck problems. I wasn't able to bath and groom them myself anymore. I kept trying but just couldn't. After having a bad experience at Top Dog I was leary of taking them in and spending money to get them back shaved like a sheep ?. The pictures speak for themselves. I didn't expect much. In fact I told them if they had to shave my momma dog "Copper" it was ok. Her baby "Lil Bear" was just 9 months old and hadn't been around people much and it was her first haircut. I was worried about Copper defending Lil Bear and maybe biting. She hasn't bit anyone really. She just nips at pant legs or acts like she will.We left and they acted great. The staff is so great. They had friends made out of them in no time. New buddies. They was so cute!!Coppers hair was so matted it was horrible. I was shocked at what they accomplished!!They are amazing. They had new bandanas. I chose the Chiefs because I'm a fan and Copper watches the games with me. Lil Bear was so cute it was like you couldn't take your eyes off her and couldn't quit hugging and peting her. We took them in Walmart with us and people was like attacking us to see them and pet them. We had one person even try and buy Lil Bear away from us.Thanks to the staff from me a very very happy customer forever and thanks from your new friends "Copper" and "Lil Bear" too. ? ?The description of pictures is as follows.The first is just a proud daddy of a cute puppy named Lil Bear. The next is how Copper looked before going to Bow Wow to get beautiful again! The picture of Lil Bear before her haircut.Of coarse the next pictures are of the beauty queens ? showing off! I think they really know how great they look. In fact Lil Bear looks in the mirror all the time. Egomaniac! Ha ha

We haven’t used them yet, so we don’t know how good their services are. They stated that they were unfortunately unable to book us for 5 weeks or so.HOWEVER, they listened to our story about our 12 year old Miniature Schnauzer having heart failure and diabetes— and that we’re not sure how long we have with him— and they provided a reference to other groomers whom we might check with to get him in soonerp. This was the first grooming service that did that for us.We will likely book them for when they are available, just because they chose being helpful over saying “let’s schedule you for this far out.”

Was struggling to find a groomer for my standard poodle and happen to come across this place searching through google and they got my baby boy in, he looks so good! Rose did an amazing job! Thank you so much he looks soooo good and is so happy!

I recently took my dog to Bow Wow Bath and Brush and was thoroughly impressed with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making both me and my pup feel at ease. The groomer was patient with my dog, who can be a bit nervous, and took the time to get to know her before starting the grooming process. I appreciated that they asked for my preferences and listened carefully to my requests for how I wanted my dog to look.

They took great care of my dog today. The staff was friendly and quick! They got my doggo in and out within about 2hrs and she came out looking great. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place for others.

They took amazing care of my Axel, he is a 150 pound great dane so a lot of places don’t take him. they did a deluxe groom on him and we got to pick out his bandanna. i was very satisfied with the service.
