“After I totaled our car, our insurance contacted the Enterprise company in Joplin/Webb City, MO. I was very pleased with the experience we had. We were able to drive a practically new car for the 10 days allowed by our insurance. Working with Emily was very pleasant and she was able to answer all of my questions. It was an excellent experience after the trauma of totaling our car. I would definitely use this company again in the future”

“Though I was very skeptical due to prior reviews I took a chance and got a rental. It was a very nice car . I had no problems with getting in contact with anyone though I did wait to pick up my car but the employee was nice and very helpful with the process so that definitely made up for the wait.. I extended my stay for the Christmas/New Year's break and had no problem doing so and was charged exactly what I was quoted. Hoping for no future problems bc I will definitely use them again ?”
