About Hertz Car Rental - Joplin Airport
Hertz Car Rental at Joplin Airport is great to work with and very helpful. The employees are knowledgeable and very kind, spending time to help customers find the correct vehicle. The paperwork is always quick and easy, avoiding long waits. The manager can save the day, providing help with no problem. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental. While most experiences are positive, highly recommended, and worth returning to, there can be occasional issues with an employee's attitude. Overall, it is a highly recommended choice for a nice ride.
