“Sarah @ Hertz Joplin on Rangeline saved us! Long story short, there were no cars available in town and our AC went out in our car on the way to Springfield. Sarah got us into a Tundra immediately and saved us from having to drive an hour in 100+ degree heat. Not only that, their prices were better than anyone else’s, and they have the lowest deposit of any rental agency I’ve ever used. Sarah was knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and exceptional at her job. I also learned that this is a family owned location which I really like. We have always rented from enterprise just because 🤷🏽 and I’m not sure why. We will always use Hertz on Rangeline for our rental car needs going forward. Thank you again!”
