“I went in to get a copy of my bill, Shauna D. Was more than happy to help. I had called a few days ago to change my billing address and the lady I spoke with was less than pleasant. I also asked to get my bill lowered through a promotion they sent me an email about and she acted like it was an issue because I was behind. Shauna made a point to apologize for that but also upgraded my service for the same price. Now instead of the 100mbs I was getting, I'm now on a 1gig service plan, for 6 cents cheaper. I was very happy with the customer service Shauna provided and I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to speak to someone.”
