Val at the northpark mall location was the sweetest and very helpful! Im a very indecisive person when it comes to shoes and she had no problem grabbing me different colors and sizes to try on. She is also very knowledgeable about the shoes they carry and had answers to all of the questions I asked!

My shoes ended up shipping from this store! It’s cool they include a card of where my shoes were packed and who packed them. The particular pair I wanted was almost sold out and I can’t get it anywhere else but Journeys. I work at T-Mobile and these shoes match perfectly. Thanks Kirstyn for my order! ☺
