“I went in today because I needed some new work shoes and I was developing plantar fasciitis and was helped by Phillip. Let me tell you, I have never received better customer service than with Phillip. He helped me try on several pairs of shoes tailored for what I needed, while simultaneously helping several other customers. He knew exactly how to help me and was very pleasant the entire time despite the amount of people he was helping at the same time. If I had a business where I needed someone for sales or customer service, I would try to steal him, because he was excellent.
Give that kid a raise. Now.”
“$160 after a discount but you get what you pay for. These are the most comfortable brand I've had and the only ones that are actually waterproof. I use a water hose to clean at work and my socks always got wet but now they don't with these boots”

“Good selection of shoes for the region we’re in. They do get limited stock and sizes of more sought-out shoes, and we were lucky enough to score Kobe 9 Elites! Comparatively we were quite disappointed with the options at Academy, so decided to come here because we knew we’d be satisfied here. Fast service in the store too, walked in with a goal and came out with exactly what we wanted. Staff is pleasant polite and helpful”
“I love this store. They have the best undergarments. You get your money's worth with quality. The staff are friendly. Wish the store was bigger.. hard to push a stroller in there. Today I purchased a new bralette- lightly lined. The sales lady said "you will love this " and she's right. I'm gonna have to get more. I love the fit and color.”
“We were passing through on our way back to Illinois and we saw the billboard on I- 44 I think. We decided to just stop. 4 hours later and 6 pairs of boots out the door. The ladies were amazing!!!

“I will always go to this store. Never disappointed! I've already walked around in the Northpark mall for several hours and never find anything tht fits my style. I come here and walk out with my needs well supplied! The staff is exceptional. Cheery, helpful and love to help you find exactly what you are looking for. The style of clothes they sell is super professional and comfortable. Whether I'm shopping for Casual or Dress clothes I will always come here. Wouldn't settle for less!!! Keep up the excellent customer service and professional atmosphere. I love this little store💯🔥”
“I'm not a big fan of shopping, but we had a fun and enjoyable time when I went to Cavender's with my hubby and the grandkids. We got two new outfits for my granddaughter for school, and we even got her a bonus cowgirl hat. The store is in a great spot, and the staff was super friendly. Even the other customers were all nice and polite to each other. It was a really great experience!

“This store was very clean and , organized. Reason I mentioned it is because several stores I went to in same mall, we're very dirty a,nd messy. I didn't even want to try anything on at other stores but at champs in joplin, very clean and helpful. “We had such a wonderful experience doing back-to-school shopping with my daughter at Plato’s Closet in Joplin! At first, we were having a hard time finding items that worked and had a long stack of clothes that just weren't hitting the mark.
Everything completely turned around when the store manager, Lilian, stepped in to help us. She was absolutely fantastic—she practically became our personal shopper! Thanks to her amazing assistance and guidance, we ended up finding so many great deals and left with a full haul. Thank you, Lilian, for turning our shopping trip around! We'll definitely be back!”
