Customer service depends on who is working with some they are very helpful and friendly and others are rude and have the attitude that they don't want to be there

My phone died yesterday, so I went to buy a new one, that was the best experience that I have ever had buying a phone, Alee was super helpful, even when I called back because I couldn't figure out how to use my new phone. I really appreciate the help.

I bought a new phone from them 3 days later they will not return it and it says right on the receipt they will but they would not I guess their policy different from the company they work for I suggest they don't work for you if they weren't in my backyard I would go to a different store customer service really sucks there
