The business is pretty much what you see is what you get, but the staff there helped me choose out a plan that was right for me after listening to what I needed. Shout out to Taylor, he was patient and kind when attending to my request.

Customer service depends on who is working with some they are very helpful and friendly and others are rude and have the attitude that they don't want to be there

My phone died yesterday, so I went to buy a new one, that was the best experience that I have ever had buying a phone, Alee was super helpful, even when I called back because I couldn't figure out how to use my new phone. I really appreciate the help.
