“This is a great location, and the ladies that run the store are helpful, friendly, hilarious, and dedicated. It took hours to set up our new phones and watches, but Ann (or Anne), kept us calm (switching phone carriers is stressful), made us laugh, and helped us with all of the technological stuff that we struggled with. They definitely earned our business!”

We had a bit of a hiccup when we first switched to Verizon. The associate who was originally helping us put our shipping address in the account wrong.
We live 3 hours away from where our phons, iPad, and watch were shipped to. The package also got lost in transit. So we had to reorder.

“They were very helpful on getting son a new cell after we had been dealing with ubreakifix (they broke kids cell) in Joplin. Was able to order his cell n get in quickly. Let him pick up without me there (my work hrs make it impossible). Gave us a good deal on new cell case/screen protector.”

“Tiffany Bradley was the rep that helped my mom & I in joplin. My mom is 86 yr & I'm 65 yr very backwards when it comes to technology. Tiffany didn't shy away from us being senior citizens. In fact she greeted us at the door beings my mom uses a walker made sure we got in safely AND we're comfortable. It was a Fri nite we got there pretty late AND not once did she try & rush us. She was very knowledgeable about the phones and fitted us both with ones that we love. All the male reps left but she & the other gal rep stayed until we were completly satisfied with our selection making sure to go over each of our choices until we felt comfortable using them. I fully recommend her & we both feel she is a hidden gem in joplin with a fantastic personality!! Thank u Tiffany for your time & much patience from 2 of your biggest fans!!!”
