“I’ve been in Webb City for about a year. I have an older truck and while I do my best to take care of it just like any vehicles problems will arise. I have had nightmare after nightmare with experiences from most of the shops around me. Exuberant charges galore. I was recommended this place for “honest” business which, let’s be honest, is rare in this field without have blood relation to your mechanic and still you should be mindful, they gotta make their money somehow. But I can’t sing more praises about the Comers man. I swear the really are honest and trustworthy people and they do great work! The Lord’s work I dare say! “Traveling through Joplin to Springfiled last week, we ran into an unexpected AT oil temp light on the dash. We arrived at Joplin Transmission about 15 minutes prior to closing. Dillon & his team were fully willing to take time to lift our car and analyze what they could. Fortunately they provided necessary information and we were able to complete our trip & return to OKC without issue. Vert grateful this team took time to help instead of shutting down for the day, because they could have stated that they were about to close. “We stepped into a different location than we typically use today.

We asked about getting an oil change. The nice lady at the counter said it would be an hour and forty five minutes.

We didn’t have an hour and forty five minutes, so I called our usual location to see there wait time. There wait time was 15 minutes so we decided to simply drive down and shave an hour and fifteen minutes off our wait.

As we were walking out, we walked by for mechanics sitting on what appeared to be low stools in a small room by the exit. I’m assuming they were taking a late lunch and our training?

Sometimes it helps to go to a busier location because the staff probably rotates in a continuous fashion instead of breaking all at once. Not that that’s a problem if you have that kind of time to kill.”
