Oil Change near Webb City, MO

“Had brakes and rotors replaced on 10/29/25 and took them over a day to get the truck done. They told me I needed new parking brake pads as well so I said go ahead. Well they had to order them so I went back 11/19 to get those done. They never called to let me know the parts were in or else I would have come back sooner. Sat in the lobby for 2 hrs before they said it was going to be all day and I had no ride. Luckily they were able to give me one. About 2 hours later they were done. Fast forward about a week or so and the wheels squeak when they roll. Took it back in and they did something to fix it, allegedly. Guy says as I'm leaving, hope we don't see you again! I thought that was a bit rude but i let it go. It was good for a bit but then started squeaking again. With the holidays I finally was able to stop in 12/29. Explained the issue, received attitude and was told no one could look at it for at least an hour. I declined and said i'll be back another time. Idk what time do now. I spent about $1000 on brakes and rotors and another $200 for parking pads and now the wheels squeak even though they didnt before all this! I just want my truck repaired correctly and not treated like im the problem because they didn't do it right the first time.

Edit. I was contacted by Reaves about 2 days after I posted this. I was able to get back in finally and they had the truck for a few hours. Turns out it squeaked because they put a spring on the wrong side of the drum. Could happen to anyone. I have to give them credit for owning up and fixing the issue and apologizing. Speaks volumes. Changed my review based on that.”

“We stepped into a different location than we typically use today.

We asked about getting an oil change. The nice lady at the counter said it would be an hour and forty five minutes.

We didn’t have an hour and forty five minutes, so I called our usual location to see there wait time. There wait time was 15 minutes so we decided to simply drive down and shave an hour and fifteen minutes off our wait.

As we were walking out, we walked by for mechanics sitting on what appeared to be low stools in a small room by the exit. I’m assuming they were taking a late lunch and our training?

Sometimes it helps to go to a busier location because the staff probably rotates in a continuous fashion instead of breaking all at once. Not that that’s a problem if you have that kind of time to kill.”
