“We took our car into Firestone and got a inspection so we can get our Missouri license plate, the mechanic told us that it didn't pass because of our brakes, the next day we took it to the outlaw lube and oil shop, come to find out that any car under 150,000 miles does not need a inspection since 2: years ago they passed that law. I made Firestone pay me back”

“I had a couple nails in my tire and needed them removed and the tire patched quickly before my trip that day. I called around and the only place that could get me in and out quickly was Jiffy Lube. They said it wouldn’t take more than 15 minutes- it probably only took 5! They patched the tire quickly and efficiently and the workers were so kind. “Not quite what they say they are. I have been here twice they have good service and they are fairly fast but they advertise as having a 4.6 rating and currently are at 4.3. They also say about 15min oil change but it was about 30 min one time and the other time about 20 min. So not a deal breaker for me but not what they say they are.”
