Staff is always super helpful, and selection is always excellent. However, check out can take a little while sometimes. They typically only have one register open.

I purchased $80 worth of fish for my 2 aquariums. 4 were Angel fish the rest were betas and similar type for my smaller tank. The Angel fish were in the large tank. One of the Angel fish acted like it was about to die when I got him. I’ve had the fish 6 days. Fish in small tank fine, 3 Angel fish have died and the other one is about to! They are $12 something each! I try calling the store but they don’t pick up. Lesson learned 😡

Went in to buy a litter box. Price on the shelf said 49.99, Rang up at 59.99 at the register. I told the guy that didn't seem right and he assured me there was a litter box next to the one I grabbed that was 49.99 and I must have picked it up from the wrong spot but the price was right. I believe him and checkout.
I get out to my car and double check the price online. 49.99. I went back inside to point out the discrepancy and get a refund. Offered to take the cashier back to the item so he could see for himself. He was not concerned about the price difference and just refunded me as a "price match" even though the price was literally their price on their own website.
They get 3/5 because at the end of the day they did take care of me with a refund of the difference, but the practice of trying to convince a customer something is one price without even looking into it, and then end up being wrong costing the customer more money, shows lack of care and concern.

Love most of the employees and the store is always clean. The problem is with customer sevice. While the employees themselves are great, the manager will often be standing around doing little to nothing. I once stood for 20 minutes (not the only time its happened) waiting on crickets because one employee was with a customer, the other was on register, and the manager was standing around at the front. He acknowledged my presence and just told me someone would be with me.

The male employee was very rude to my 2 year old and me. I have purchased tanks and fish from here. I have plans to set up more tanks. I will no longer be shopping this store. Do something with your team!

Not alot of selection for fish. I even went in after the had a deli ery and it was slim picking.
Knowledgeable staff when you can get someone

We bought a single plastic flap for a doggie door and it was like $30.00 !!! I'm pretty sure they over price EVERYTHING in the store . They did offer "free" xmas photo w/ Santa ---- Lol
