  Horrible service. Propane cost literally was twice as expensive as a local company. Titan propane is owned by Amerigas.
  On Jan. 20, 20/25 Propane from Titan ( Amerigas)was $3.98 per gallon, At a local Propane company, it was $1.84 .???

  Even though the account is closed (as they tell me), they've sent my mother bills for equipment she no longer has since my dad's passing in 2022. Maybe if they had someone who actually speaks coherent English, that might help. Just a completely bad experience with them.

  This a Customer extortion company not Customer service,
  Do NOT participate in the rental tank program! Not only will you pay 3 times the cost for propane, but they also sock you with a hefty minimum rental fee. The only reason I gave them 1 star is the call service was answering me from Kenya my birth country, it was... read full comment
