I didn’t go to this location but let me just tell you now your better off not having service than having them I spend 65$ a month on each line and my service is always shit and it “5g” like don’t get boos mobile

I recently switched from a different carrier after 8 years and have been having issues with my service. I came to this location after purchasing my phone elsewhere. Sabrina was so unbelievably helpful and treated me as if I was a customer buying 5 phones from the store. She spent time with me, fully explained everything and how to possibly avoid the same issue in the future. She went out of her way to search for more answers and is following up! I've never experienced top rate service at any cellphone carrier location when the employee knew from the start there was technically nothing in it for them. I was so pleased I was looking for something small to buy just to thank her and she explained that wasn't necessary and I am 100% certain I will get the same treatment at this location in the future whether I am adding 10 lines, just paying my bill or having technical difficulties again!! We will be coming to this location only for all upgrades and anything else in the future!! Thank you Sabrina for being you and taking such good care of me!

I've been with boost mobile for over a decade and have always appreciated the service. Nithin was a knowledgeable and kind associate. The other woman, I forgot her name, recently helped me save a lot of money and took care of my concerns without any problems. I genuinely would rather come to this store than use the call center. The call center itself has failed me many times. The associates at this store are always really good to me!
