“Found some shorts that fit me very well but I was literally sweating bullets in the fitting rooms. I thought it was because i was coming from walking in the heat. I was so flustered and overwhelmed by the heat that I didn’t even finish trying on the clothes i had. When I got to the front the employees were offering water bottles and they had fans going, that’s when I realized the AC was out. I was amazed by the employees unwavered and positive attitudes. The two guys at the register were incredibly kind and apologetic. As I was leaving I heard them mention this was the 3rd summer in a row this has happened.
No customer wants to shop or try on clothes in the heat. The employees should not have to work like that either but they did so with a smile on their face. They are the only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review”
“I have always been a big fan of ON. This was particularly busy being black Friday evening but there was staff in there cleaning up, folding and ringing out customers as fast as possible.Yes it was a mess, but thw good definitely outweighed the bad!”

“Huge selection of KC Chiefs gear. Basically anything you want with KC logo… lots of Royals and Jayhawks (ugh) gear too. A bit pricey. But the trip is worth a visit due to the vast inventory.”

“They had some good door busters! This location doesn’t have carts which seems really odd to me in a children’s store. Bring your stroller, I guess, or you have to haul your car seat around! They did have a bathroom with a changing table!”

“Super cute little store tucked in a strip mall! My only regret is that I didn't stop sooner! Ower is very nice talked with us for a while and even played with my 5 year old! I highly recommend using her for gently used/new items!”
