Thoroughly enjoy living here. Staff in the office are attentive and kind, the property itself as well as my apartment are more than spacious and living in the heart of the river market is just the cherry on top!

Roaches and trash. I'm pretty sure I have hepatitis now. I don't, but got tested when I left as a safety precaution.

this place and management could care less if you’re dying and bleeding out on the floors. somehow every negative thing about this space is somehow your own fault and never theirs. good luck if you choose to rent here
