Looking for a new bank. They treat long-term customers no different than someone walking in the door the first time. Poor overall service. They do not tailor their services to meet the needs of their customers.

Commerce Bank's customer service has plummeted in recent years. At this branch, Lori the manager is especially graceless and unconcerned.

Generally good and helpful at branches.
Most times you call for support, you get a national call center of some kind. Their record with me is abysmal. I'm currently about 3 months and 7 phone calls into getting a working replacement ATM card. I've had numerous issues in the past.
