“I want to give a big thank you to Lindsey at Mazuma Credit Union for her outstanding customer service. I came in needing to make both a deposit and a withdrawal, but I was on a very tight schedule during my planning time and only had about 30 minutes.
Lindsey noticed right away that I was anxious and in a hurry. My body language clearly showed I was pressed for time, and without hesitation, she approached me and asked how she could help. I explained my situation, and she stepped in immediately to assist me.

“If you come on a Saturday, the walk-in lobby won't be open, but a virtual teller can probably help you at the ATM, which is in the drive through lane at the east end of the building, to the left as you're facing the front entrance. Hope this saves someone some trouble. :~)”

“I have been a customer at Main Street Credit Union for two years and two months. I am 43 years of age and have banked at a couple different institutions prior to Main Street Credit Union. One of the things that is most unique about my experience is Main Street Credit Union is personable. I have not been with any bank prior that I felt knew who I was. At other banking institutions I felt as if I was another account number.At Main Street Credit Union, I'm a person and it's a much more personable experience with Main Street Credit Union!Sincerely, Derek”
“Update: after posting this review a team leader from the bank called to personally address the issue with me. She was kind and patiently listened to my complaint. All issues were resolved and I am happy to edit this review to reflect the care shown to us.
The only remaining issue is the low dollar limit for online transfers to external accounts.
AVOID THIS BANK at all costs. We tried to report a fraudulent account and stop the issue. The phone teller was rude and combative. She refused to help me even with all verbal authorizations provided. Ridiculous fees and limited access to your money. Do your self a favor and go to Mazuma or Community Credit Union.”

“I was having some issues with an online loan application for a vehicle, the branch manager Jordan down at 9660 N Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64155 was very helpful she got the process sped up significantly for me due to my vehicle being 2 hours away at the dealer for trade in. It went from a possible 7-9 day wait to a 4 day wait to get the funds. I had to make a new account down there as well and Peter was extremely helpful with that, he got me a new account and out the door in a matter of minutes. These guys are great at this location, I didn’t catch the name of the other guy at the counter but he was extremely helpful as well when Jordan had to step away. Would definitely recommend anything you need done with mazuma do it here.”
