“I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff are, from Crossroads to Morningside! Last week I stopped by the Crossroads location and the lady working was so helpful in showing me what different options I could choose from for a bouquet making party I was going to. I also mentioned that a plant I purchased from Verdant a few months ago had started leaning a bit and I needed some help with repotting it. I told her I'd be near the Morningside location the following week, so she went out of her way to check who would be working the day I had planned to stop in so I'd have someone there to help me!
That led me to Erica (if I remember her name correctly)! She was extremely helpful and informative, and answered all my questions on how to better care for my plant.
Another sweet lady at Morningside (I didn’t get her name, but she has the cutest little clog shoes) is always so intentional and makes every part of the experience feel special. They even gave me some beautiful sunflowers to take home and wrapped them in their tissue and ribbon!
Every time I stop into either location, I know I’ll be greeted like I’m their most valuable customer. Everyone is always so kind and intentional, and I can't help but keep coming back because of it!”

This was my first time at Florist KC, and they created the most beautiful bouquet of roses in under 30 minutes. Honestly, I felt like they charged me less than what it was worth - the roses and other flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged perfectly.
What really stood out was the warmth and kindness of the staff. It's a family-owned business, and you can feel the care they put into both their work and their service.
