Please feel free to share my Drivewise feedback or let me know how i can communicate this to Allstate. Rocky is fantastic! Very helpful! So far, as rather new customers, we’ve been happy with the customer service and friendliness of Rocky who set up our initial policies. However, we don’t think the Drivewise app is very accurate. Somehow as an adult driver on the policy I have an extremely low score, lower than my teenage drivers. I’m getting hit for harsh breaking multiple times on most trips when anyone can clearly see from my trip map that I am exiting the highway on an off ramp or entering a roundabout where slowing down from a higher speed is necessary. Is it because I have a brand new car and my breaks work well? I’m the most careful driver in my house and have the lowest score. Ridiculous.”
