“There are a lot of good State Farm Insurance agents in my area, however, "Joe from State Farm" is hands down the BEST. ?? I switched to Joe Nowatzki from my previous State Farm agent back in 2008 when I had an office across the street from his old Gladstone 72nd street location. Because I was so impressed with his experience and expertise, I stayed with him even though he relocated farther away from me ? to his current location up North Oak in the New Mark area north of 152. I am so pleased with my ? MaHomes, MaAutos, MaBusiness, MaLife bundle for my Personalized Price Plan. Every few years I price check with other insurance companies and no one else comes close in valve to what Joe has provided to me. Because of Joe's additional certifications and licensing, he just recently set me up a Roth IRA with a Black Rock fund I researched for my retirement which he customized for my age and investment goals. Joe has the best customer service because of his staff. Ann has assisted me with my business COI's for years. Brandy just converted my Term Life Insurance to Whole Life and executed the transition perfectly. Five Gold Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and a hearty "BRAVO ZULU" ? to Joe and his staff. “Tim Dugan is one of the best insurance agents I've ever had and here's why. We had a couple of riders on our insurance policy that we didn't have previously. One was for sewer line back-up and the other was for the main sewer line itself. I really didn't think we would need them, but we were talking about the age of the home, and typical repairs in that time frame and decided to move forward with that coverage. Had Tim not recommended it, we would have been looking at some large out of pocket expenses. For that I'm forever thankful. Tim needs to be your insurance agent. BCBS of KC has always been the most dependable for me, with the widest network of providers and the most medications covered, since I was a child, 40 years ago.I've had, as a patient, and dealt with, as a physician, more than 40 insurance companies in several states, and have never faced fewer challenges than with BCBS of KC.Their plans are expensive, but they have the best value I've seen, and allow physicians to provide their patients the best care.Insurance plans, like medical facilities, are usually going to be reviewed by those with either the best or worst experiences, and the balance of reviews (half 1* and half 5*) here demonstrates that perfectly, so don't let the 2.5 stars fool you.I think if the reviews were representative of all their customers, they would be closer to 3.5 stars, and if you included physicians it would be over 4.”
