I actually went to Cricket first to try and port a second business number over and was told to go to Walmart to get a chip blah blah blah . So I went to this metro and Lovely said no I have you covered. She was very professional got my number portered over in 10 mins. Now I'm gonna use metro for the rest of my companies numbers.

This store is great. Jasmine, the store manager went above and beyond to help me get my new phone and the service back on.Even if it's out of your way I recommend going to this store instead of most of the other ones.

Would never recommend. The insurance is a lie and it cost me $300 to get a new phone after I'd never been late on a payment with insurance or bill.Say anything to get you as a customer then you're screwed if you need them after that.I hate Metro PCS.And the service area is awful in Midtown to South Kansas City

Jas is a sweetheart and very professional. Thanks for the cable chord. My phone's charging normally again! Great staff here! Definitely better customer service over the location on Blue Ridge and Longview Road. Two Latin chicks actually called the cops on me after I complained about a phone I purchased that was defective. The location on 39th and Main is closed, too. Hope this location does well! Thank you for the kindness!

I was fairly impressed with the help that I was given from the young lady who was behind the counter. She addressed my needs and helped me look through the merchandise that she had available, and quickly assist what would work for me. What I didn't quite enjoy was her demeanor of shock when she didn't realize I was in the store. Given for overall customer service it was pretty good.

This is where I should have went when I bought my phone because they got more of a selection where I went to buy this phone at they had very little selection so next time I want a phone I'm going to go to that store there. Now the only thing I had a problem with was the girls in there were having a conversation that they could have cut cut a lot shorter and my weight could have been a lot shorter so they kind of take their time in there about helping you and I think that's one thing they need to improve matter fact they do they do need to improve that so thank you.

They wanted me to pay $700 to upgrade my phone plus the activation fee and $105 for other stuff I didn't want I had a really bad bad experience with this ended up going to cricket coz I had a line with them I payed only $400 for the same phone that I wanted to upgrade with metro neverever again

FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!!!!Wouldn't honor price posted at one of the location.Charged me TWICE for service that was free
