Rented me a car with tire air leak. You can’t contact them in an emergency. So I filled the tire on my own with air every six hours. When I reported it at return, they simply shrugged and said have a nice day. I’ll stick to Hertz from now on.

I rent my car through Expedia, they’re just happen to be at the same place at Payless. The process was okay, there was only one staff so I waited for a while. Overall experience was okay.
