“Amazing experience. I had no idea I’ve been wearing the wrong shoe size for a couple of decades until I came in for a scan. WOW! Sarah explained everything thoroughly and was knowledgeable about the types and brands of shoes that would be a good fit for my feet (arch, width, pressure points, stride). As soon as I strapped them on and stood up, my jaw dropped. The difference was night and day from what I walked in wearing. Reasonably and competitively priced, it was well worth the visit and I’m already experiencing reduced lower back pain.

“I had a pair of Teva guide sandals that were $100 new in 1996 and my dog chewed up one of the quick connect fasteners shortly after I bought them. I couldn’t bring myself to throw them away and they went to storage. I rediscovered them (2023) found the molded plastic part I needed for $1 online and took the shoe in. They fixed it in a week and I have my old sandals back. The change was so little I don’t remember what it was only that the service was excellent and I can’t recommend this business enough.”
“Running well is truly an amazing store if you want to get the right pair of shoes for you. They have a great selection of good brands, and the second I walked in the door Eddie greeted me and helped me right away. I told him I was looking for long distance walking shoes, so I walked on the treadmill while he analyzed the way I walked. Then he explained what shoes would be best, and brought multiple pairs for me to try. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!”

Asked about the condition of the soles and was given an honest answer that they still had some life left before needing replaced, which I appreciated. “Store Manager Damien, has gone absolutely above and beyond in assisting me. I was looking for one very particular pair of shoes that were sold out online, at my local store and two other stores close *ish* to me. I spoke to Damien and was told he had the shoes I needed in the size I needed. I was not looking forward to driving over 3 hours to get them though, he offered to ship them to my local store, contact my local store manager to let him know they were coming, sent me an email with tracking so I could be updated every step of the way. Truly this guy should be working at a higher end place or a different form of retail, where his commitment to guest experience and satisfaction would be showcased better, because he has 100% blown away any and all expectations I had for a Vans store. He has carried himself with professionalism, kindness and overall clearly has a deep desire to take care of the guests shopping at his store.”

As traumatizing as jean shopping can be, Mel makes it so easy! She listens to what you like and don’t like about the fit and can pull a stack of denim that you will absolutely love!! Not to mention helping you curate accessories and pieces from there. She’s a true lifesaver!!

The only issue was that I already felt out of place going in there to look around and I kinda got a look from one of the employees that made it even worse. It appeared as if she didn’t want to ring me up once it was time to pay. It’s a good store within itself, but all people should be made to feel welcome there no matter what.”

“Bought work shoes wore them one day and they hurt my feet. Had to come back a month later (due to busy schedule) to exchange them. Had trouble narrowing down my options. A sweet girl who worked up front came over and helped me decide giving me her opinion. She was patient and you could tell she did not mind helping. This was refreshing since anymore it seems wherever you go the employees always seem to hate their job and make you feel like an inconvenience.

“I had such a great experience at this location. I never write reviews, but I just had to. I went in to actually just look, I wasn’t going to buy anything. The sales associates Ashtin and Eddy were amazing! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel welcome. They asked questions, were genuinely interested and showed the importance of great customer service. I left with my complimentary engraving and a gift wrapped bag. When I got home, I noticed Ashtin left a handwritten note! I can’t wait to go back and buy more!”

If you have ever had dressing-room-dread, this will be a healing place for you. Sometimes, all I need is to hear is a "ooooooo, gurl" or a queer squeal and clap for allllllll these curves to help me feel better. Retail therapy at its finest!
