“What a great place! Restaurants, bakeries, so many wonderful stores, plus games, play areas, and an outdoor ice skating rink. If I were physically able, I could have spent an entire day there happily shopping and walking around. It's set up well, very pretty area.”

“I've always enjoyed 54th since I was a young kid. For my out of town people I always say "it's like a suped up Applebee's or chili's" due to the variety and casual dining experience. My favorite is the super nacho. Tip:Order the white queso on top, it's served at the bottom and often makes the chips soggy before finishing.Their chicken tacos are better than most hard shell tacos I've had at other places and they are hearty!!Fry me to the moon with gringo dip Is one of my favorite go to munchies!I just love this place. Girls night, lunch dates with the family or just ordering to go you'll be satisfied.”

“Love Zona any time of year, fun people, always interesting people watching happening all around. Some great food, even better shopping & to top it all off our Happy Place... Helzberg Diamonds!!! The only draw back is parking & having to walk way to far, even for some1 who like us has access to handicap parking. No help at all there either but we still LOVE ZONA!!!!”

“Still a Great mall, does have it's young riff raff hanging/loitering around, being loud and running their mouths to whomever might be around them. Security was called on a group of 4,who were harassing people. They took off running like little scared piglets. Free entertainment with my burger and fries.”

“Came here a few times whenever I visit Kanas City. It's usually lively and full of people. It's a collection of shops and eateries. The parking lots are free. It's a nice stroll here even if you aren't planing to stop. There's a Shake Shack, Jack Stack, Bo Lings if you want dim sum, and many more. There's higher end retailers like Coach and the Apple Store but also many smaller boutiques too. Worth stopping by of you are ever in the area.”

“There are a lot of good stores and services here but there is always room for more businesses to come in. I enjoy going to a shopping area that is full and gives me more than a couple of places to shop.”

“My girlfriend had never been ice skating and wanted to try this place! We can on a week day around 7pm. Parking is in a garage that you can walk right into the terrace. Adults are $8 dollars and skate rental was $2 dollars, not sure if that’s the price on weekends though. The rink was great. There was about 15-20 ppl and it was still spent of room for ice to skate around without feeling crammed. The Zamboni came out twice when we were there to resurface the ice which took about 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this place!!”

“There’s a lot of places here. There’s a chipotle, tropical smoothie, Aldi, ups store, Dunkin’ Donuts and more. A great place to come when you need to knock out errands and also get a bite to eat. Definitely a recommended place.”

“Crown Center Shops located in the heart of Kansas City. Definitely a must stop during the holiday season. It's a family tradition for some family to come here. The Mayor Christmas tree is decorated beautifully outside in front. Ice skating ring also across the street. Inside shops are nicely decorated for the holiday. Halls of Kansas City shop is located inside. The Western hotel is anchored on the other end and provides a link to Union Station. Unique shops that you don't find at other places. Coterie theater located inside. Several restaurants and fast food eatery to choice from. Hallmark cards is one of the business across the street has a shop inside. Prices are average just as any of the other shops in town. We usually get good service at any one of the eatery .”
