I loved my experience, I’ve done many infrared treatments and this was by far one of the best as the sauna was extremely detoxifying and they offered cayenne pepper and minerals elixirs to accompany the sweat that I’ve never had and it was awesome! LOVE the classes ( I go through class pass)! They are great for all levels and the instructors I’ve had so far have all been fabulous. Also, I love that you can book sessions for just the saunas! They are fantastic!

Sauna is private and relaxing, Bluetooth inside the room to play your own music and a shower in the room to use after sweating. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Loved it here!
