I loved my experience, I’ve done many infrared treatments and this was by far one of the best as the sauna was extremely detoxifying and they offered cayenne pepper and minerals elixirs to accompany the sweat that I’ve never had and it was awesome! Great vibes and atmosphere and very nice staff! I’d go again when I’m back in town

LOVE the classes ( I go through class pass)! They are great for all levels and the instructors I’ve had so far have all been fabulous. Also, I love that you can book sessions for just the saunas! They are fantastic!

Sauna is private and relaxing, Bluetooth inside the room to play your own music and a shower in the room to use after sweating. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Loved it here!

I love Sweatheory. It’s by far the BEST yoga & wellness center in downtown & the greater KC area. It always smells like a spa & has a great vibe. From the front desk employees to the fabulous instructors, it’s always welcoming with a genuine sense of community (& they know our names).Sweatheory has the best yoga instructors (special shoutout to Anna, Brant & Christian) & a great mix of yoga & fitness classes available for all levels. The infrared sauna sessions also rock & will leave you feeling rejuvenated. It’s my favorite place & it never disappoints! ?♀️??

I’ve been going to the fitness classes here for over a year and can’t get enough of them- especially body burn with Madi!! All the instructors are great and the front desk staff and owner are always so warm and welcoming. Love this studio!

Went to here for the first time and can’t wait to go back. From the moment you walk in, it’s relaxing. Great staff. Very clean. My body feels great after just one sauna session!

I absolutely LOVE sweat theory. McKenzie is a great instructor and her classes always leave me feeling so rejuvenated. The salt wall in the room and scented cold towels at the end are the cherry on top of a great workout!

My daughter took me here for the first time and it was amazing. I don't have any other place to compare it to, but I sure wish I didn't live three hours away as I would go all the time. Absolutely loved Sweatheory! The owner and staff are SO friendly and knowledgeable, the studio is immaculate and I love all the little details they include in the sauna rooms like alkaline water & organic soaps/lotion. Also, I have never sweat so much in my life. I left feeling so detoxed & my skin felt so glowy! Can’t wait to go back & can’t recommend them enough!

From owner to front desk to instructors, all amazing. The place is clean and always has a good energy. I am so thankful for this studio. I always walk out feeling like I had a 2 hour massage.

Erica Pryor is an amazing hair artist! She listens attentively to what you want, suggests ideas if you need them and ascertains my cut is flattering to my face and compliments my style! I always love my hair when I leave!!!

Absolutely love this studio, it is an experience like no other. These classes really take you away from reality for an hour and make you feel so relaxed. It is the best yoga class I have taken.

I loved Sweatheory. It was my first time at a sauna and I wanted to sweat out toxins for the cleanse I was on and start to clear out my body naturally and it did just that.
