The best experience I have had buying a car in 30 years! Patrick and his team took the time to listen to what I wanted and made buying a new car pleasant! I went to 3 other dealerships before going to Thoroughbred….. I am now a customer for life! And I got a Good deal for my trade in….. customer service really does still exist!

Had my Ford Edge in for “The Works” and a windshield cleaner repair. Done when Lindsey said it would be and they even washed it for me. Highly recommend Thoroughbred Ford service. Ask for Lindsey.

Everyone at Thoroughbred Ford treats me like family and their customer service is amazing. Harold Dorsey and Tim Parnacotte are true professionals and are the best in the business. I tell everyone at Ford’s Assembly Plant in Claycomo, where I work, to go see them. Thank you for a perfect buying experience.

!!!DO NOT COME HERE HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP/SERVICE SHOP!!!
planned on leaving my last long review how it was but however, i received a call two days after my first review was posted, The call was from from George O’Sullivan and he indeed did not call me to discuss and maybe resolve the problems that i had stated in the previous review, instead called me with 100% aggressiveness telling me that i left out the fact that they didnt charge me for the diagnosis(OF COURSE U DIDNT CHARGE ME U DIDNT FIX ANYTHING NOR TELL ME A PROBLEM!!), aswell as saying that i left out that i got my job there because of a buddy that also worked there(which has no relation to the review so idk why that was brought up, aswell as i knew absolutely noone there before i had worked there as i am not employed there anymore.) so i had hung up on him and he proceeded to call me again i answer and he keeps going on about the same things then i proceeded to press the record call button because how unprofessional he was being but he mist have realized or heard it because right after he proceeded to tell me to never come back and hung up. but just to sum this review up, George O’Sullivan is the more arrogant unprofessional person anyone could ever have as an employee and is an actual embarrassment representing thoroughbred as he does not know how to do his job or have respect for customers.
!!!DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL LEAVE WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN U CAME WITH & COCKY MANAGERS THAT WILL CALL YOU AND BASH YOU FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

My mechanic quote $2000
State Farm quote $870 won't cover the $2000
My mechanic isn't covered by State Farm so they told me to take it to Thoroughbred.

State Farm covers 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My review is Thoroughbred was slow didn't return my calls when the said they would but they put so much other things on the front of my car like a new bumper that it didn't need. I guess since it was covered I should be happy...

I didnt even know of the recall, Thoroughbred reached out to me to set up a time to get it fixed and even picked up and delivered my vehicle back to me. The whole experience had no stress and I didnt have to do a thing.

The staff was kinda rude and made us feel like we were really stupid. I took my car in to have the fuel line looked at, when I got it back the transmission was completely shot. It was completely fine when I first gave it to them. I don't know enough about cars to make an judgements or accusations, it was just stressful.
