We had a very enjoyable experience working with Tim in purchasing our new 150. This is the second truck we have bought with Thouroughbred and Tim has been the salesman we have used both times. Tim is a pleasure to work with when dealing with the stress of buying a new vehicle.

Very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle with Thoroughbred Ford. Dealership atmosphere is welcoming. Although, I wish there would be offices for the time when negotiations start; everyone can hear everyone else and I wasn't a fan of the lack of privacy. On the other hand, great selection of vehicles and no sense of pressure or sales pitch was done. Loved working with them and getting my deal.

Erston Kearns was amazing to work with. First day we let him know we were just there to look. He offered us to test drive some vehicles and DID NOT hassle us. When we were ready we were able to custom order a vehicle in October and he was very knowledgeable. He got our order done same day and gave me updates on the vehicle as it was being built. I was able to pick the car up last weekend and we had no issues and we were in and out. So far I love my 2024 Edge!

From the absolute beginning this was an amazing experience. Ryan and Cole are the best. I don’t think words can describe how easy this was with them. They treated us with such kindness and talked us through everything. I’d buy a car from them every year if I could but I’ll settle for letting everyone else know how great they are and to only come to Thoroughbred. They’ll treat you like family from the time you walk in the door to when you pull off the lot, and even now! Definitely the only place I’ll buy from! Thank you Ryan and Cole!!

Trading a vehicle with them is a fairly easy experience. The sales consultant was friendly and easy to work with. He knew the vehicle’s equipment and readily explained them before and during the test drive. Although there is a lot of paperwork to be completed, they quickly had it ready for review and signing. From previous experience, the service department works quickly and efficiently to accurately diagnose and repair troubles described to them.

Zach is a great salesman!!! He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I wasn't pressured and given plenty of time to decide if I want to make a purchase or not. Will go there again for any future buys on vehicles.

I have purchased three vehicles from thoroughbred. Brooks was my sales rep and he just left. They made a phone call and he came back. He Stayed late after hours to make sure my purchase went smooth. He help set the car up for my wife and everything went flawless and we couldn’t be happier.

It was my first time ever being there, I had an appt that I set up online. I was guided into the facility by an older gentleman, then he pointed me to the lounge, I went and sat down, waited 30-45 minutes, my truck hadn’t moved, then I went back across the garage to where the service people were, told them my truck had been there for a while and I didn’t know what to do. A very nice lady took care of me and said it would be about an hour. My truck was then done about an hour later, like she said, the guy I paid told me the only thing needed was maybe an Engine Air Filter which was marked red by the tech, I would’ve replaced it had I been told. As I expected this place is very busy, very big and the customer service is not great, but the gal that came back from lunch that got me started was kind. I won’t be back. Worth it to drive to a smaller dealership for my service contract obligation.

The service department is fast, friendly and efficient. I’ve taken my ICE vehicle as well as my EV and both appointments were well communicated, executed and when I needed to bring it back for the recalls that needed parts ordered, I was contacted in a timely manner and worked with on the best time to drop off and what to expect. Lindsay has been my point of contact throughout this process and deserves high praise for how things have gone. 1,000% satisfied.

Very nice young man Brian M. A caring salesman, he picked me up and he knew I didn't have a vehicle, then my new journey started. I didn't understand as much as I would have liked, but he talked me through it and I got me a SUV. It was and still a trying time for me, but life goes on. I purchased my vehicle in 2020 with an extended warranty for my peace of mind. I don't mind paying a little extra to have a big purchase covered if needed in the future. I have had a few issues throughout the years, sunroof screen not closing, sync system not connected properly, I understand with more and more items moving to all electronic there's bound to be issues. For the most part throughout the first two years it was okay service, got the car in and got it fixed. Over the past year however it's been issue after issues. A simple oil change seems to be an inconvenience for them. I live an hour from the dealership ( yes there are closer Fords to me and I still chose to stay loyal to them). I scheduled my oil change and recall notice to be completed on my day off work to make it more convenient. Well.... 5 hours later I had to call and check on the car only to find out they forgot about it. Oil change was completed but they parked it and did nothing with the recall. Definitely not happy about that one... as I now needed to take another day off to get that fixed. Lucky me! They were at least nice and did not charge me for the oil change.I am now having issues with my passenger headlight going out, bulb has been now changed 4x in less that two years. Recent one lasted all of three months. I explained there has to be a wiring issue causing a short. They look and said they do not see anything wrong with it. Bulbs don't go bad that fast. I also recieved error code through my Ford Pass... passive entry passive start. They flat out told me they did not know what that was. Google it..... that's what I did.So after my $100 deductible I now have a new headlight bulb and battery for my key fob.... could have spent $20 and not waited 2 days.There was no care given by the service department. I do not care to have my car back there as they don't care to fix the issue only to give possible answers, that way they make more money when it has to be brought back in yet again for the same issue.
