This particular location seems to be struggling. Often there is only one person working and so there always seems to be a line, even when it's not busy. If it's a busy day or busy time of day, you can see the line loop around and around inside the tiny space until there's no place to stand. It's just not like that at other locations. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that the poor, swamped workers always have a surprisingly good attitude - even if some of them are SLOWER THAN MOLASSES in a hard freeze.

I love this UPS store. The man with the cowboy hat is always very pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. They're always happy to assist and do whatever they need to do to address the needs and concerns of their customers.This location has plenty of supplies and they offer lots of services such as packing your items for you (if needed), printing, custom print jobs, PO boxes and more.They will accept USPS packages ? as well which makes it even more convenient. As you can see I've had great experiences here and encourage everyone to check them out.

Had several poor experiences here, but the one that took the cake was when they damaged one of my packages and the ensuing reimbursement process took over four months. The owner seemed to duck my calls and correspondence and it was a painstaking process overall. I stopped going here since and would offer the 123rd/State Line location as a better option.Just felt disrespected and taken advantage of here and didn't get the sense the owner was trying to convey quality. When I tell you it was an absolute HEADACHE dealing with the process (which is partly UPS' fault) and the owner, I mean it.

Today UPS picked up a box that was not meant to be taken (my fault), I called headquarters, I did virtual online trying to get the package back. Finally, the local store itself reached out to me, the driver and team members gave me the option to pick it up or deliver it back to me, even though it was my fault. They didn't treat me like that. I ended up going to a different UPS location, which was the wrong one. The Driver and staff helped me to reach the right location. Finally, they reached the right locations for me. They waited for me until I got there and had my package ready for me. Not too many companies would go the mild to assist someone who made a mistake. Thank you Drivers at UPS at both locations Brookside and 103rd.

Worst costumer experience ever they never came to my house to deliever my package and I have it on camera instead told me they taking it back to the local store I have to wait until 6:45 pm and told me that they don’t have no supervisor to talk to

Lazy people. Walked in for a notary service, there are no customers in the store, both staff members are free on their cellphone but they say they can’t do it because I need to schedule an appointment online. BSSay I don’t feel like doing it on.

Poor service. I dropped a package off this morning and had the shipping paid for by Amazon and was told I owed them an additional 1.65 since they printed the label. I have used this store in the past and have never had to pay an additional amount. I asked for clarification and was basically told I had to pay for the paper and ink on top of the money I was already paying to ship through amazon. I was told all the stores do this which is also not true. If this is the policy for this store it would be nice if this was stated before they printed it off instead of telling me after the fact that I owed more money.

The best UPS Store!!I really appreciate the help for the guy who works for this location, unfortunately I didn’t ask for his name, but I was yesterday Feb 28, 2023 about 10:30 AM and he was very polite and professional!!Congratulations!! I wish all the UPS have a nice people like him.Thanks a lot!!

Why everytime I order stuff and it goes through UPS the delivery guys always drop my packages it's a few time that's happened I just don't understand why they can't just set it on the ground without just dropping it and breaking something or damaging something. Not professional. I see them do it though my camera. I'm very unhappy with this company.

Wonderful staff and service! Although the store is understaffed, like all other businesses, the worker was kind and competent.
