I have been going here for a few years. There is one really awesome worker who is very nice and willing to help and respectful. He has worked here for a long time and it’s always nice to see him. The girls haven’t treated me that bad either but the other men that work here often have sass or are rude if you ask questions, or do anything outside of the normal lull for them. Multiple times I have come in for prepaid shipping or other simple things and the men have acted as if i’m stupid. There are 1-2 awesome workers here. The rest of them are very difficult to work with. If it wasn’t for those 1-2 workers I probably wouldn’t go in here again.

Terrible customer service. The employees do not seem happy working here. Their behavior was passive aggressive, they spoke down to me and in a mechanical way that was unhelpful to the situation.

Normally, my experience here is great. But today a young woman waited on me that was so rude, her exchange with me prompted her boss to look over at us to see what was wrong. Yes, definitely something was wrong. I'll go somewhere else if she treats me like this again.

Store manager rude. He tried to involve other customers to situation. He asked all other customers that “Does anybody understand what I am reading here?” This is so unprofessional. When I asked his business card and his name he said “that’s on the card baby” out loud. I never felt intimidated and insulted before.

Received AMAZING customer service from Devon! I had a very large shipment and he was patient, carried boxes, printed shipment labels and just went above and beyond. This is the best UPS location that always has great customer service but Devon took it a step further the day he assisted me. Thank You!

(Update) , the reply asked for me to email the store for follow up, I did and of course got no reply. I see why the employees are very unhappy there.There were 3 girls working at the store and none of them were friendly or happy to be at work. The one you could say, (was helping me) asks me what's in the box, I say electronics, not really knowing how specific to be.... She looks at me with a childish belittling (AND) look on her face but doesn't say I need to be more specific, so I figure out she wants to know exactly what it is... I tell her... no problem. She obviously doesn't like people, so After taking my package and all of my information I was told that my box wouldn't work because it had the word hazardous scratched out on the cardboard. My box was 12 x 12 x 17 and contained electronics and was well bubble wrapped inside... and was quoted $42 on the ups website. She measure the stuff once out side of my strong box and informed me I needed a 24x18x18. So a charge of $113 instead of the 42 I charged my customer. But I need it shipped ASAP...Then she tells me I can't watch her put these price in the box or even see it before it leaves the shop because customers aren't allowed in the back. It's 1250.00 worth of equipment I never saw enter a box. And no offer to show me the pack job after she packs it in the back. I have never been more afraid of shipping a package than the one I dropped off tonight.This is definitely the worst customer service I've received, not only shipping a package but anywhere. If you need to ship a package go somewhere else. I also sent an email to the store in hopes that the actual store owner would get it, but of course a week later I've never heard a word.I hope this Google review helps someone to realize there are much better places to ship packages.

Went in to the store to have a letter overnighted to Toyota and was told they couldnt do it because my address on my license was different then my current address. First of alll teach your employees how to speak to customers. The girl he waited on me was rude and nasty. I was a customer but not anymore.

I was in there yesterday with four large boxes for Amazon returns. I was so impressed with Trevor and Devon! They were so busy! But, they both took the time to smile, be friendly, strike up conversations with customers...even congratulate the few that used the new Amazon kiosk and didn't need there help. It was actually fun in the UPS store yesterday!

AVOID USING THIS STORE! I brought in an Amazon return and the whole time the employee that reluctantly helped me, even though they were not busy at the time, was rude and snarky. Told me that in the future Amazon returns are not a priority and that UPS will not be helping anyone with a return. I will do everything I can to avoid using UPS in the future.

I am very impressed with Noahs service at the store on Barry road. I was in there just a few weeks ago and watched him clear out a whole lobby of people including myself, while other associates sat in the back of the store chit chatting. He kept a smile on his face, great customer service, and was extremely respectful, patient and efficient the entire time. Very wonderful, and positive young man. Such a shame to see the other employees just chit chatting.
