“They charge you more then the price on the web site and finance fees are higher then advertised and there was a 399.00 administrative fee. I gave them Four Stars for the inventory selection on the lot is great and the people were easy to talk to.
But byer beware while your in that NEW CAR DELIRIUM, that you watch for all the extra fees. I feel a little took. The buying experience was fine, but no one likes to feel like they got bent over.”

“After the handed down car I drove through college finally died, I needed to purchase a car on my own. As a first time auto buyer, I was unsure of the process, and pretty worried about navigating the used car market. I ended up buying a 2009 Toyota through Bob Smith Motor Co., and I could not have been happier with the entire experience. The car was in great shape (as confirmed by my mechanic before I purchased) and the price was very fair.
