“They charge you more then the price on the web site and finance fees are higher then advertised and there was a 399.00 administrative fee. I gave them Four Stars for the inventory selection on the lot is great and the people were easy to talk to.
But byer beware while your in that NEW CAR DELIRIUM, that you watch for all the extra fees. I feel a little took. The buying experience was fine, but no one likes to feel like they got bent over.”

“After the handed down car I drove through college finally died, I needed to purchase a car on my own. As a first time auto buyer, I was unsure of the process, and pretty worried about navigating the used car market. I ended up buying a 2009 Toyota through Bob Smith Motor Co., and I could not have been happier with the entire experience. Everyone at Bob Smith was friendly, helpful, and at no point did I feel intimidated or pressured into buying, which is something I cannot say about other lots I visited. The car was in great shape (as confirmed by my mechanic before I purchased) and the price was very fair. They helped me with all of the paperwork, and because of the company's relationship with Commerce Bank, I was able to get a loan rate several percentage points lower than the rate I had been pre-approved for through the same bank. It's a small shop, and I got lots of personal attention. Best of all, I LOVE my car. I would reccomend Bob Smith Motors to anyone in the market for a quality used car.”
