Stopped by to mail a package. The facility is open but there aren't any staff members actually helping out. There's a sign that says 'pickup only (10:30am-11:00am)'. This location had a sign mentioning that due to lack of staffing there couldn't be any service other then pick up or drop off. Why is this location even open if they don't have enough staff to help customers?

Always closing whenever they want to like people don’t depend on their mail. Why should I have to travel up to the post office during their normal hours (30+ minutes before closing time) and be denied service because they wanted to close early that day? Horrible management

WHY DO YOU GUYS KEEP CHANGING MY MAILBOX KEY!!!!!!!! This is the second time this has happened in less than a year and there is never any communication! I’M SICK OF IT! I have medication for my dog that was delivered to my mailbox that I now cannot access. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY AND COME GET MY PACKAGE OUT! This is absolutely ludicrous and unacceptable

The most Rude/unprofessional women, they have an attitude as soon as you walk in. The supposed to be supervisor in the afternoon (says her name is Ann) is just as rude and unprofessional as the worker. My mail is always lost and no one cares to find it or fix the problem. Definitely need to do better, if you don’t like your job quit. The customers are not the ones you take it out on.

Went in midday on a weekday and they were closed. Had one sign up blaming staffing issues and another sign blaming computer issues.

Staff is rude and refused to say whether my package was actually in the truck when my tracking number still didn't say whether it was out for delivery but wasn't in the back. When I was waiting at the please wait sign no one wanted to call me up and just made faces at me like I should know what to do. Just always sour Everytime I go in. Volatile and mean everytime I go in. The worst USPS I've been to. I hate coming here for anything

The worst customer service imaginable. Can’t imagine yelling at a customer for asking if they could pay for them to mail out a package…. At a post office… ran me right out of the store.
