The staff are described as nice, helpful, and having great attitudes, with impressive patience in navigating the chaos. The building is open, with easy parking, and the overall atmosphere is calm. While some customers have faced long lines, others have noted the efficiency of the staff in moving through the line quickly and getting customers what they need. Overall, this USPS location is praised for its excellent customer service.
This post office is the best. They are on your team and do their very best to help you. Offer them grace and patience, and you will receive their great service in return. In spite of their incredibly difficult job, they listen carefully and want to help you. Work with them and be proud of your Westport post office.

Went a little after 9am on a Wednesday. Easy street parking, no line, lady was nice behind the register. I was a mailing a return.
