Room floor seemed unswept upon arrival. most ESA's I've stayed at (I travel a lot) have dish packs to loan at the front desk upon request. Not this one, they have them for sale. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The rooms are pretty decent. The service from the employees is great and why i have stayed here for so long. The location is great because its close but not too close to the stadiums so if you wanna see a game with the royals or the chiefs this would be the place to stay.
