“I was very pleased with CARSTAR Porters. Had my car repaired from damage done from a Raccoon. It looks brand new. When I went to pick up my vehicle it looked as if it had been washed as well as some interior detailing. I am very impressed. All of the workers were phenomenal and very friendly. Will most definitely use CARSTAR Porters again, in the unfortunate event of wildlife damage, and or other damages. Thank you CARSTAR Porters!”
“I had the worst experience with a drunk driver totaling my car. I had a problem trying to arrange a tow truck to tow my car to Carstar in Liberty. That’s when I contacted Michelle at Carstar. She was a rockstar. She had all my information, was so personable and knowledgeable. She was kind too, which is rare these days. She talked to the tow service for me and made all the arrangements. Darla was great too, very friendly. And also a shout out to the nice young man who helped me carry my valuables out of my car for me. It wasn’t even his position. I hope his bosses know who he is and will reward him for going the extra mile. But the ( mvp )MOST VALUABLE PLAYER in that office was Michelle. She has been outstanding. Bless you all.”

“Every part of service center was very pleasant! Unfortunately I bought my ram from dodge however for about the last year they have been unable to assist their customers with service as I have continued to be told 4 plus weeks to just schedule an oil change! Thank you Ford for picking up the slack and getting my Ram serviced more than once for this same reason. 5 stars all the way around for Ford service center!”

“I went to this place because of the good reviews and got my 2017 Ford Mustang brakes replaced by them. I understand it takes a few days for brake pads to stop making noise but it’s been over a month (maybe 2) and they have been making noise when I come to a complete stop. Every time. I’m not 100% sure if they lubricated the pads properly or what but it makes a concerning sound when I brake and come to a stop. If they stop making noise I’ll change my rating/review. I am a little nervous to drive my car though.I stand by my statement, after some time my car stopped making noise. I changed my rating. Thank you Cook.”
