“Cook's was able to get me a reasonable estimate quickly. The work was completed faster than expected and my car looks as good as new. It did take a couple of weeks before they could get my car in for repairs, but that's only because they're so good, which makes them busy.”

“I am very happy with communication, professionalism, the results of my car repair and clean up. My only complaint is that three separate parts from three different vendors was received damaged or unacceptable and had to be returned thus increasing repair time. I know this is not something you have control over. I do feel these vendors need to be held accountable or nothing will change. Maybe a surcharge of 20% for such errors. Their error impacts CARSTAR and the customer. They should be accountable. Thanks for a great job and working with me on pick up.”
