“I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. “I went to this place because of the good reviews and got my 2017 Ford Mustang brakes replaced by them. I understand it takes a few days for brake pads to stop making noise but it’s been over a month (maybe 2) and they have been making noise when I come to a complete stop. Every time. I’m not 100% sure if they lubricated the pads properly or what but it makes a concerning sound when I brake and come to a stop. If they stop making noise I’ll change my rating/review. I am a little nervous to drive my car though.I stand by my statement, after some time my car stopped making noise. I changed my rating. Thank you Cook.”

“I had the worst experience with a drunk driver totaling my car. I had a problem trying to arrange a tow truck to tow my car to Carstar in Liberty. That’s when I contacted Michelle at Carstar. She was a rockstar. She had all my information, was so personable and knowledgeable. She was kind too, which is rare these days. She talked to the tow service for me and made all the arrangements. Darla was great too, very friendly. And also a shout out to the nice young man who helped me carry my valuables out of my car for me. It wasn’t even his position. I hope his bosses know who he is and will reward him for going the extra mile. But the ( mvp )MOST VALUABLE PLAYER in that office was Michelle. She has been outstanding. Bless you all.”
