“I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. “Requesting service was easy through the website. I did have to Google to figure out the difference between the three services, but once I clicked on the service I wanted, there was a description of the service. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because of weather and our lack of covered space for service.
The technician Kaydan called on the day of my appointment to let me know he could arrive earlier than our initial appointment window. Kaydan was friendly, respectful of our property and communicated clear instructions for aftercare. Service was quick! The window needed for an appointment is 5 hours but the service took about 1.5 hours. They call and or text to let you know when they are close.”

“They did an awesome, amazing, spectacular job on my Volks Wagon Atlas. We had a road hazard on the front portion of the hood. Something flew off of a truck on the highway and hit our hood. They also fixed some door dents. These are difficult to fix but they made them unnoticeable without putty. Highly recommended”
