Your automated phone system is incredibly frustrating as it’s a very long process to get to a point of speaking with a real person. Also when needing to reach a pharmacy representative, you should be able to do so versus leaving a voicemail. Customer service is severely lacking in this process. Please consider some changes.

Either a team lead or manager at this location was racist toward my wife. She tried banning my wife for couponing when she has zero authority to do so. I tried reporting the behavior to CVS corporate but apparently CVS doesn't care.
