“They were pretty nice and everything. I did appreciate that they taped up my box even though you're supposed to bring it there all taped up and ready to go...”

“I felt inclined to come on here after witnessing a customer be unnecessarily rude to an employee. The woman was upset because an employee wasn’t helping her fast enough and he explained it was because she was on the phone and not paying attention. She didn’t like that answer and then continued to berate him. The male employee handled the incident way better than I would have and continued to be professional even when it was hard. Everyone in the store witnessed and apologized to the employee for her behavior! Just wanted to set the record straight before she or her husband comes on here playing the victim.”
