“Drove 2 hours to come here. Large selection of all sorts of animals. We came for tarantulas. They looked well cared for, and priced good as well. Lots of cage options, and feeders. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Totally worth the visit.”

“Clean store, knowledgeable staff, plenty of options for pet supplies. My only critique is the wait to check out. Having adoptions processed at the register and processing the membership program sign-ups at the register definitely causes a back-up for the other customers. The staff were maintaining a positive attitude, but several customers were growing frustrated due to the inefficiency that management/corporate has put in place.”
