“I love this post office. I sell stuff online and normally go in a few times a week to drop off packages. The ladies that help me are always super fast and friendly. This location usually isn’t too busy either.”
“Had a great experience at the Columbia Illinois post office today, man helped us get passport photos and prepare our packet to mail in, awesome professionalism and courtesy.”
“This was my first time at the new location and it was wonderful! I went just before 10am on a Wednesday, and there was only a few other customers in the store. Jill was the worker there, and she was so sweet and helpful. She was efficient and professional and I appreciated her knowledge. The new place is so spacious and clean, too!”
“Michael was amazing help to me. He went above and beyond to help me with a tracking number for a package. He did everything he possibly could to locate information. He definitely needs to be recognized for his work ethic.”
“Had an issue with a package that had a tracking number but was stuck in pre shipment for the last 5 days. Carol was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong and assured me the package had been picked up and that I should see real time tracking updates soon. Very professional and pleasant”
“I had an Amazon delivery bag rip and didn't get my delivery. I was lucky enough that my postal delivery person turned it in and I got it when I checked at the post office. I'm grateful my postal delivery person is honest and good at her job.”
“5 stars from me so far. They accept packages that the horrendous Festus branch denies for literally no reason other than laziness. I'm talking correct zip code, not over weight limit, correct size, valid label and ship date - things that are basically common sense everywhere other than Festus. Have dropped off stuff here rarely before too in the past and never had any issues.”
“Went in for a passport application and was the first person there. Ahmena (clerk #15 on the receipt) was super nice and helpful! She had me in and out in just about 15 minutes or less! I'm glad she works there!”
