“On June 14th around 2 PM, I stopped across the street to fill a tire that was showing low air pressure. As I crouched down to check it, I heard a hissing sound and noticed the driver’s side rear tire was down to 20 PSI - it should’ve been around 35. I realized I didn’t have much time to get it repaired.
While searching for a nearby Dobbs (where I had just purchased new tires), I looked up and spotted a Car-X right across the street. I drove over and was immediately greeted by the manager, Kevin Radtke. I told him I was already late to a party, and without hesitation, he called over a technician. They jacked up the car and fixed the flat on the spot - in just 10 minutes.

“I just started using Giannini's Auto Service and I'm so glad I did. They are wonderful. I just had my car in for service because I'm taking it on a trip and thank goodness I took it to Giannini's. They did a complete trip check on my car and found several things that needed attention before I took it on a trip. They fixed everything in one day and provided me with a list of several fluids that should be replaced when I return from my trip. I've had my car checked before every trip I take but never checked as thoroughly as Giannini's did for me. They're been in business for a long time and their expertise and customer service is why. “If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tire Choice Auto Service has gone above and beyond for me more than once. They recently replaced my tires and even jumped in last minute to replace my dead battery. As a single mom, repairs can be stressful, but they worked with me on the price and made sure I left feeling safe and cared for.
It also meant a lot with how kind they were to my autistic daughter. She was honking the horn and being silly, and instead of being annoyed or confused by her behavior (unfortunately a lot of public places react that way), the staff laughed with her, made conversation with me about her love of cars, and even recommended a local vintage car show to us.
Every visit, they have remembered our faces and treated us like friends. Under manager Mohammad Jawaid, this team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely compassionate. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service from people who truly care.
