“I love a good thrifting moment, especially when I find unique pieces! This place is a hidden gem located on St. Charles Rock Rd.
From clothes, shoes, vintage toys, comic books, vinyl records, household decor and more. You are bound to find something that matches your style. Each booth/space is owned by a different vendor and they each carry something different. Prices on items were fair and reasonable.
Staff greeted me as i came through the doors, and let you have free range to browse. They were available to answer any questions you may have.
Definitely worth looking into if you are a thrifter!!”
“A family member of mine wanted a specific figurine, and I was having a hard time finding where to even buy it. I called Animeggroll and while they didn’t have that specific item in stock, they gave me several recommendations as to where I might be able to find it. Overall super helpful and nice folks.”
“I have been coming to fortuna for awhile now, about weekly. Hannah, ashley, and will are lovely people. You can tell they do what they do because they enjoy it, not just to make money off their customers. They have cards, board games and personality. Love coming here!”
“Best game store in St. Louis. Lots of game space for miniatures, CCGs, Board Games, two bathrooms, clean store, friendly staff, and a diverse selection of products. Check out their calendar for organized play events.”
“Went here and almost bought the wrong battery for my Traxxas rustler but thanks to I think was the owner of the shop he gave me the right battery for my car great store”
“If you are a beekeeper or if you are considering becoming a beekeeper this is the place to go. Very friendly and knowledgeable people who share their experience with the equipment and products they sell. Good inventory of items for all your needs”
“This is a neat little comic shop with a great variety of board games. They also have a big stock of citadel paints. There is a smell to the store that is oddly nostalgic. It's hard to put your finger on. Perhaps others would find the smell bad, I don't know. You should check them out and maybe make them your local game shop.”
“Right behind Q-Trip at the top of the hill in with the DMV. A little gem if you've never been there you might find a treasure or two. Little brother found an MCM round radio and an AM radio both priced really reasonably. Some antiques, along with food items, new items, and crafts. Nice warm welcome by the ladies at the desk. The cat was nice and didn't even notice it until my dog saw it. Parking is sparse due to the DMV next door. Check it out you never know what you might find if your in the area.”
“Love this place I drive 78 miles one way! They have a mind blowing selection at prices u can only dream about! “It’s a cute little shop. Unfortunately they don’t seem to do re-sale so I could only find newer comics. The comic selection seemed rather limited compared to the variety I have found elsewhere. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They have a mix of toys, figurines, games, comics, etc.”
“The owner is very patient and helpful. I go there often and have never heard him talk down to people. Great place for baseball cards, especially the vintage cards. Don’t rush through looking at the inventory. Plenty of opportunities and ask if you cannot find something or just ask when you arrive. Prices are very fair.”
“We wanted to get some puzzles for our 3.5 year old and figured we'd check the place out. He was up to like 100 pieces puzzles, which I didn't see on the website, but once we stepped in the staff greeted us and told us of the children's puzzles room off to the right. It was perfect. Exactly what we needed. We grabbed a couple and we're out quick. Pleasant experience. Will definitely be back.”
“I cannot rave enough about Sunny!!! My husband and I are new to Dungeons and Dragons and we're feeling very frustrated with the mechanics of the game. Sunny not only helped us, he recommended several user friendly podcasts, YouTube videos, and starter kits we could get to make the experience more enjoyable. He was informative and really knew his stuff. And even when we (husband, son and me) done talking and we're wondering around the store, Sunny would come back with interesting ideas and game suggestions. Wonderful store! Has earned a new customer for sure!”
“This is my go-to shop for nerdy things. The staff is nice and the price is typical retail. They have a few events throughout the week that may cater to every nerd.”
“Great selection the guy I talked to today for 45min was very helpful very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of model kits and rc bodiesWell worth the 148 mile round trip”
“This location is one of my very favorite stores to shop. There's always good sales. They just introduce self-checkouts, and that is very helpful for the lines to check out and leave.”
“Love the job they did framing a poster I brought in, when I brought it in it had some minor creases and pits from years of being improperly stored and now I can't even tell that they were there.”
“Outstanding shop with a great selection of both vintage and modern, singles and unopened. The staff is wonderful - helpful, and welcoming; and the prices a great deal - I bought a few cards here in person for about 75% of what they would have cost online. Great assortment of Cardinals and Blues too if those are your teams - definitely a must stop if you’re in the area.”
“The servers were great, the food was delicious, and I could actually hear myself talk! We didn't need a reservation, but had a tiny wait (to be expected). The menu is limited for vegetarians/vegans, but there is a lot of gluten free options. Highly recommend for anyone with dietary restrictions.”

“This place is fantastic. We stopped in to grab a few small items for our daughter while we are on vacation and we will be back the next time we are in STL. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with some recommendations but also allowed us to explore and find exactly what we were looking for.”
“I came in looking for some small paints and things to add to my DnD collection. They had brushes, small figurines, and just about everything I needed for this hobby. Thanks, Michael's.”

“Very knowledgeable and was able to repair the doll while we waited. The owner has a vast collection of vintage and international dolls in the shop. I was fascinated by her collection of unusual Asian dolls.”
“This isn't my local Michaels, but I was in the area and needed some art supplies so I stopped in. I found this store to be really clean and bright! The aisles are large and easy to maneuver around the store. I easily found just what I needed. The only downside was they only had one checker working, so it took forever to check out! This is a really nice store though. I was surprised how much Christmas decorations they had left! If you're looking for some great prices on leftover Christmas goodies, pop in here and take a look!”
“I don't know if I was allowed to take photos because I would of easily taken hundreds of photos here. To me, this store was a paradise! I've never seen a store like this before. It's beautiful! It's got everything and more for what you want for your bar! Even if your starting your own in home bar! The highlight of this place are definitely the neon signs, they got old ones like the Red Dog one that I'm beyond thrilled to see because it's hard to find. I could of spent thousands of dollars at this store. It's got so much to offer at prices I can't complain about. One of the best stores at this mall period!”
“I got a couple Corningware pieces and happy with what I found. The gentleman behind the counter left us alone to explore and was pleasant during check out. I will be back to this store.”
“Incredible great place I love the sales that they have and the fact that I can always go back to restock when I run out of a certain Supply sometimes they do switch things up and it gets a little confusing but they have great holiday deals Etc and the staff are incredibly kind as are all the customers who communicate about art with each other and help them to find what they're looking for or give them suggestions for projects. And also I would recommend separating your items into each category by brand when you are checking out because their system is a little outdated and it makes their job much easier to scan things faster so please be kind to the workers and make their job a little easier on them because they are truly kind people and they definitely remember you and will ask about projects that you have talked about working on it's an excellent environment I would love to work at this place because I already spend so much money there and love making art so it would definitely be my dream job plus I visit there multiple times a week anyway LOL :)”
